The Used Announce Track List For Upcoming Album

The Used have announced the official track list for their upcoming album, Vulnerable. The album will hit stores on March 27 via the independent record label, Hopeless Records.

The album is the follow-up to their 2009’s record Artwork. The new album has been produced by John Feldmann, frontman for Goldfinger, who has also worked with Panic! At The Disco, Lostprophets, Good Charlotte, and Ashlee Simpson.

This album is a long time coming. After a whole year of status updates tracking their progress on recording the album with producer john Feldmann, The Used ran into issues with their former label, Warner Bros./Reprise. After the label fell under new management, The Used significantly delayed officially releasing the new album. The band eventually left Warner Bros./Reprise, their record label of ten years.

In September The Used announced they would be forming an organization, The Anger Music Group, which would be a branch from Hopeless Records to release Vulnerable. The release date of Vulnerable was pushed back to March 27 while the band figured out the logistics of releasing the album.

The band has decided to go old school and announced that they will handle band management, art design, merchandise and video directing on this new label. The album's first single, "I Come Alive," was released digitally on January 17.

There is talk about The Used heading out on tour to support this new album, though nothing official has been announced. At one point the band said they would tour in January and February to support the album’s original release date of January, but now that the record has been pushed back, a supporting tour may still in the cards later in the year.
